Service Times & Days We complete services Monday through Sunday from dawn until dusk. Though we try to maintain a set schedule for weekly visits, we cannot guarantee a specific day or time window for scooping.
Yard Access Customers are responsible for maintaining access into and out of yard on scheduled service days. Skuupt technicians will not climb or jump fences to perform services.
Lawn Please ensure grass is mowed regularly to receive the best service possibly. Skuupt is not responsible for missed cleanups or service due to excess grass height.
Referral Credits Skuupt will credit up to 1 free week of service for each new customer that signs up and maintains 1 month of service.
Dogs We love dogs! However, if your dogs are protective or aggressive, please bring pets inside or away from the service area during your scheduled service. If your pets are aggressive when we arrive, your service will be rescheduled and we will notify you that service was unable to be completed.
Cats Skuupt customers should leave their dirty litter box(s) in a prearranged location for cleaning. Inclement Weather Heavy rains or storms may delay service. If this happens, we will scoop the excess poop on our next weekly visit.
Holidays Skuupt does not provide services on National holidays. If your service day falls on one of these days, we typically service the day before or after the holiday. Holidays may include (but not limited to): New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (including Black Friday), Christmas Day (including Christmas Eve).
Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your service at anytime, simply let us know. We will happily revisit for a complimentary "doo-over". We do not provide refunds for services completed. Refer to our satisfaction guarantee for more details.
Billing All plans are setup with a credit card or debit card for automatic billing. Your card is set up on file securely and is charged on a recurring weekly or monthly basis. Service will not start until we have a valid card on file.
Contracts Skuupt does not require contracts for residential service. However, our commercial customers may be required to sign a 12, 24, or 36 month contract.
Pet Waste Disposal Skuupt will double bag pet waste and place in your on-site trash receptacle. We do offer a site removal option for an additional weekly fee.
Liability While Skuupt is fully insured, we assume no liabilities for damage to yards, gates, pets or properties. By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
Service Agreement Skuupt has the right to adjust schedules based on service route and/or business changes. Customers will be notified by email of any changes in service times, dates or prices.
Cancel, Suspend Service or Make Changes If service is no longer desired please notify Skuupt at least 7 days in advance so that we can stop billing your card on file and cancel your scheduled visits. Please submit a billing change request to avoid additional charges to your credit card. We do not provide refunds for services completed.
