We serve our customers Monday through Sunday from dawn until dusk. Though we try to maintain a set schedule for weekly visits, we cannot guarantee a specific day or time window for scooping.
Do I need to be home during my service?
No. We understand that most people work during the day and may find it difficult to arrange a time to be home during our recurring visits. However, if you want to be there during our first visit, we can work with you to arrange a time frame to meet you and your dog, just let us know.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. Your card is set up on file securely and is charged on a recurring monthly basis. Service will not start until we have a valid card on file.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash, checks, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Bitcoin or dog treats as payment.
Do I need to bring my dogs inside during service?
No, we love dogs! However, if your dogs are protective or aggressive, please bring them inside or away from the service area during your scheduled visit.
If your dog is aggressive when we arrive, your service will be rescheduled and we will notify you that service was unable to be completed for that day.
Do you scoop in the rain or on holidays?
We will scoop during very light rain. However, heavier rains or storms may delay service. If this happens, we will scoop any excess accumulation of poop during our next scheduled visit.
Skuupt does not provide services on National holidays. If your service day falls on one of these days, we typically service the day before or after the holiday.
Will I need to sign a contract?
Skuupt does not require contracts for residential service.
What do you do with the waste after it's scooped?
We double bag all pet waste and will place in your on-site trash receptacle or trash can if available.
We offer a site removal option for an additional weekly fee.
Are you licensed and insured?
While the states we serve do not require specific licensing for pet waste management companies, Skuupt is fully insured to protect our customers, our customers' pets and our employees.
Our company vehicles are also covered by commercial insurance and our team is covered under Worker’s Compensation Insurance in case of injury.
We are happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.
Do you offer any discounts?
We provide a discount for referrals. Skuupt will credit up to 1 free week of service for each new customer that signs up and maintains 1 month of Skuupt service.
We provide a lifetime 10% discount for senior citizens (65+), active-duty & retired military members, police officers, firefighters, and EMS workers. Please contact us to request a one-time use coupon code before signing up.
In addition, we periodically post new customer discounts and promotions on our Facebook page, so check it often!
Please note, coupons and promotions do not stack.
What if I'm unhappy with my service?
If you are not completely satisfied with your service at anytime, simply let us know. We will happily revisit for a complimentary "doo-over".
We get it, life happens. If service is no longer needed or if you would like to pause for a week or longer, please notify us at least 7 days in advance so that we can stop billing for your scheduled visits.
